Do we have to replace our TMS or forwarding software?

How accurate is document capture on scanned air waybills?
Raw OCR lands roughly 92 to 97% on scanned or handwritten air waybills and 95 to 99% on digital ones. That is not safe enough to post against money on its own, which is why we add a validation layer that cross-checks against your operational system and routes only the doubtful lines to a person.
What size operation does this make sense for?

What if our documents are messy and inconsistent?
