Know what you actually made, on every channel.

Back-office automation for multi-channel retailers and online sellers. We reconcile the payouts, sync the stock and build the report that keeps getting rebuilt by hand, so the number you look at on Monday is one you can trust.

The problem

If any of these is your week, we should talk.

  • The marketplace payout never matches what our sales report says.

Commissions, promotions, shipping subsidies, adjustments and reversals all land in the settlement file and none of them are in your sales report. We match the payout to the orders line by line and show you exactly where the gap comes from.

  • Stock says one thing online and another in the shop.

One stock position, reconciled across channels and your POS, with the mismatches surfaced rather than discovered by a customer at checkout.

  • Someone rebuilds the same sales report every Monday morning.

That report gets built once, properly, and then it builds itself. The hours go back to the person who was doing it, every week, permanently.

  • Counter and consignment reports arrive as PDFs.

Extracted, structured and merged into the same view as everything else, instead of being retyped into a spreadsheet by whoever has time.

  • Platform fees are eating the margin and we cannot see where.

True margin per SKU and per channel, after commissions, fees, returns and shipping. Usually the first time anyone has seen the real number rather than the gross one.

  • Returns and refunds are tracked in three different places.

One view across channels, so the refund that never got processed stops being found six weeks later.

The outcome

What changes

  • The payout and the sales report agree, and the difference is explained rather than absorbed.
  • Stock is one number across every channel instead of one per system.
  • The weekly report exists on Monday morning without anyone building it.
  • Margin is visible per channel and per SKU, net of fees rather than gross.
  • The admin hours that went into all of the above come back.

Our commitment

What we commit to before you sign

01

A measured baseline.

We measure what this costs you today, in hours and in money, and agree it in writing before we start. Without it, nobody can honestly claim a saving later.

02

Your number, not our brochure number.

The ROI calculators on this site are free and take a couple of minutes. If the payback does not work on your volumes, you will find out before you have spoken to us.

03

A fixed price and a definition of done.

Agreed before a line of code is written. No open-ended day rates.

04

Weeks, not quarters.

Reconciliation and reporting work is usually the fastest thing on the list to land.

Bring us one process that is costing you.

Thirty minutes, free. We tell you whether it is worth automating and roughly what you would save. If the answer is no, we say so.

FAQ

Common questions

Which marketplaces and platforms do you work with?

Whatever you sell on. The work is the same shape whether the settlement file comes from Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, HKTVmall or a department store consignment report: get the file reliably, match it to your orders, explain the difference. We have no product to sell you, so there is no integration list to fit inside.

We already use an inventory app. Do we still need this?

Possibly not, and we will tell you that. Off-the-shelf sync apps handle the clean case well. The reason people call us is usually the part the app does not cover: bundles, consignment stock, a POS that does not talk to the app, or payouts that need reconciling rather than just importing.

How much does this cost?

It depends on how many channels and how messy the data is, which is why we quantify the return before quoting. A single well-scoped automation costs a fraction of an enterprise RPA programme, and we publish what actually drives the price in our insights.

Do you have a retail case study?

Our published case study is in logistics. On the retail side we have worked embedded as data scientists building retail analytics and product-launch intelligence for a global coffee retailer, though the results there are not ours to publish. The reconciliation and reporting engineering is the same discipline, and we would rather tell you that plainly than dress up a number.
